Pop Art Workshops
All my workshops consist of learning a bit more about the pop art movement, the main pioneers of pop art, the techniques used to achieve the aesthetic of pop art, followed by the practical part of creating a piece using correct painting, typography and collage techniques.

- The Anti Art Fair 2018 curated Creative Debuts and The Other Box at Peckham Springs. The workshop was based on creating a pop art canvas with the theme of cultural heritage.
- POP ART in North Africa 2017- Two workshops on pop art and heritage held for Pop Art in North Africa Exhibition at the P21 Gallery in Kings Cross. The workshops were commissionned by the Arab British Centre for children and adults. I also delivered a Gallery talk on pop art and Islam at the gallery.
- Bangabandhu Primary School 2017- Two pop art and the four seasons workshops for reception and Year 1. A simplified workshop on the four seasons involving lots of colour, collage in the format of Andy Warhol's multiples.
- Conscious Youth Organisation 2016- Pop art and Islam for the ladies at East London Mosque, Walthamstow. We discussed the issues of being visibly muslim living in the West, the aspect of social influence, consummerism and the history of Pop Art.
- Al Hidaya Academy 2016- Pop Art and Islam for the children at Al Hidaya Academy East London- we looked at the history of pop art and recreated one of my pop art and calligraphy paintings.
- Imagination Station 2016- A pop art and heritage workshop in Staffordshire funded by the University of Staffordshire. Their creations were then exhibited at their local event, Stafford in the World.
